Video Translation Services
ready to play in every market.
Your video might be a fully produced campaign film or a talking head recorded at your desk. Either way, it costs you time and money, and now it needs to reach an audience in another language. We localise and timecode the subtitles, delivered ready to publish.
Your audience stays with the video. The message lands as it was intended, in the language they think in. That is what good subtitles do. You never notice them. What matters is that the linguist understands your content.
Your workforce needs to understand what they are watching, first time, in their own language. Whether it is a leadership update, a compliance module or an onboarding programme, the subtitles have to match the register and terminology they already see in your written communications.
CEO updates, town halls and change management
Training, compliance and e-learning content
HR, policy and onboarding video
Sales, marketing and brand video
Your marketing video was made to persuade. A flat, literal subtitle loses the tone and the commercial intent the production was built around. We treat marketing subtitles as creative translation, so your campaign, product launch or testimonial lands the same way in every market.
Brand and campaign films
Product launch and promotional content
Social media and paid digital video
Technical, medical and specialist video
Your audience knows the subject. A subtitle that gets the terminology wrong, or misses the register a clinician or engineer expects, undermines the content before the speaker has finished the sentence. We assign linguists with the relevant specialist background, with terminology agreed before the first subtitle is translated.
Pharma and life sciences video content
Engineering and technical presentations
Legal, financial and regulatory video

Tell us what video project you are working on, and we will talk you through the options. It is a straightforward conversation, not a sales pitch.
Your video is finished. Now make it work in every market.
Corporate communications and L&D teams
Your CEO filmed a company update. Your L&D team produced a training programme. Your internal comms team published an onboarding series. All of it needs to reach colleagues who do not work in the language it was recorded in. Subtitle translation for corporate and training video is high-volume, deadline-driven work where consistency matters more than flair. Every project is translated against the video, timecoded and delivered in the format your platform requires.
Help! We need subtitles but have no idea where to start.
Send the videos and tell us the languages. We handle everything from there.
We have 40 training videos. Can you handle the volume and keep them consistent?
Yes. We build a glossary from the first batch and apply it across every video. Translation memory means the terminology holds, and returning content is faster.
We do not have scripts for all of our videos. Is that a problem?
No. We transcribe directly from the video. Send the script if you have one for names and terminology, but we always work from what was actually said.

Marketing and brand teams
A campaign video that tested well in English still has to land in every other market. Marketing video subtitles need a linguist who understands what the video is trying to do and knows how to write it in the style that achieves the same thing. The tone, the pace and the persuasive intent all travel with the translation.
Corporate video reaches your workforce, your investors and your stakeholders. The subtitles need to be accurate, appropriately formal and consistent with how your organisation communicates in writing. For regular corporate video programmes, terminology and tone carry forward automatically from one project to the next.
Training video has to be understood the first time. The learner cannot pause and interpret a poorly timed subtitle while the instructor moves on. We translate and timecode training content so the subtitles keep pace with the delivery and the terminology is consistent across every module in the programme.
A marketing video earns attention through the combination of script, visuals and edit. The subtitles have to match that standard. A flat, literal translation of a campaign script loses the persuasive edge the production was built around. We treat marketing video subtitles as creative translation, matching the tone and intent of the original.
Conference recordings, keynote presentations and panel discussions often contain specialist terminology, multiple speakers and unscripted sections. We transcribe where needed, identify speakers, translate and timecode the subtitles so the content is usable in every language your audience requires.
Internal comms video has to carry authority. If the subtitles read awkwardly or the terminology does not match the written communications your teams already receive, the content loses credibility. We match the register and terminology of your internal communications, so the video version reinforces the written one.
Closed captions and subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing (SDH) include dialogue, speaker identification and key sound cues so the video is fully accessible. We translate and format closed captions for every language, meeting accessibility standards and platform requirements.
Closed captions with speaker IDs and sound descriptions
SDH subtitles for accessibility compliance
Multi-language accessible caption sets
Platform-specific formatting for web, social and LMS
Some video content needs a voice, not a subtitle. Brand films, training programmes where the learner needs to watch and listen, or content where reading subtitles competes with what is happening on screen. We provide multilingual voiceover with professional voice talent for customer-facing and high-stakes content, and AI voiceover for internal, high-volume or lower-risk material where speed and cost matter more than performance.

Transcription from the video, translation, timecoding and a subtitle file in the format your platform requires. Burned-in subtitles, closed captions and multiple language versions are all available. If you have a script, send it, as it helps with names and terminology, but we transcribe directly from the video as standard.
Why can't I use an AI subtitle platform?
You can. For internal video where the stakes are low, an AI platform will get you most of the way there. The question is what it costs you in practice. Not the subscription. Your time. Someone on your team who is not a translator and not a subtitler is now reviewing output frame by frame, correcting terminology, adjusting timing, chasing problems they are not trained to spot. The tool is quick. The fixing is not. If you have spent the time, the money or both on producing a video, whether that is a scripted production or a talking head recorded at your desk, the subtitles deserve the same standard of attention, handled by someone whose job it actually is.
How do you handle subtitles for videos with multiple speakers or unscripted content?
We work from the video, not just from a script. For multi-speaker content, we identify each speaker and handle overlapping dialogue, terminology switches and changes in register. For unscripted content such as panel discussions or interviews, we transcribe the audio first, then translate and timecode from the transcription. Speaker identification and formatting are included.
Can you transcribe and translate audio where the language is unknown or involves multiple dialects?
Yes. We have handled projects where the source language was not confirmed in advance, including multi-dialect audio submitted as evidence to an international court. We identify the language and dialect, transcribe, translate and timecode. If the content is sensitive or legally significant, we confirm the dialect and any regional variations before translating.
Can you handle legally sensitive or evidential video content?
Yes. We have experience with video content submitted to legal proceedings, including international tribunals. For content of this kind, accuracy, speaker identification and faithful representation of dialect and register are non-negotiable. We confirm the specific requirements with you before the project starts, and every step is documented.
How do you keep subtitles consistent across a large video library?
The same way we handle any large-volume programme: a project glossary locks your approved terminology before the first video is translated, and translation memory applies it across every subsequent project. For ongoing video programmes, we assign the same linguist team wherever possible, so terminology, tone and style hold across the entire library.
Do you provide voiceover as well as subtitles?
Yes. Some video content works better with a localised voiceover than with subtitles, particularly brand films, training programmes and content where reading competes with watching. We provide multilingual voiceover with professional voice talent for customer-facing content, and AI voiceover where speed and cost are the priority. See our voiceover services for more detail.
