Voiceover Translation Services
made for every market.
Your video works because of the voice behind it: the pace, the tone, the authority. A multilingual voiceover should do the same job in every language. We handle the script translation and the recording as one project, so what your audience hears is accurate, natural and timed to the edit.

Voiceover Translation Services
Your video, your voice, every language.
You have invested in video content that works. A foreign language voiceover should carry the same authority, the same tone and the same commercial intent as the original. When the script translation and the recording are managed together, the voice artist works from a script that reads naturally, fits the edit and sounds like it was written for the target audience.
We manage the full process: script translation, timing, voice selection, recording and delivery. Human voice artists for content where trust and brand matter. AI voices for high-volume internal content where speed and cost matter more. The right approach for the right content, recommended before we quote.
Script and voice, one project
The best voiceover starts with a script that reads naturally in the target language and fits the timing of your video. We translate, review and time the script before the voice artist records, so you approve the words before they are spoken.
Script translated, reviewed and timed before recording
Terminology and pronunciation agreed upfront
One project, one point of contact, one approval cycle
Human or AI, matched to your content
Customer-facing content, brand films and marketing videos need a human voice: chosen from samples, directed to your brief, recorded in a professional studio. Internal training, product walkthroughs and operational content can work well with AI voices, provided the script is right. We recommend the right approach for each piece of content before quoting.
Human voice artists for brand, commercial and customer-facing content
AI voices for internal, high-volume and operational content
Clear recommendation before the project starts
Timed to your edit
A translated script is almost always a different length from the original. We build timing into the script before recording, so the voiceover fits the video without rushing delivery or leaving dead air. You get finished audio that matches your visuals.
Script timed to your video edit before the voice artist records
Language expansion and contraction built into the translation
Finished audio that fits, first time
Who this is for
Your content, heard clearly in every market.
Marketing and communications teams
Your brand film, product launch or campaign video was made to create a specific response. A multilingual voiceover should create the same response in every market, not a diluted version of it. For commercial and brand content, human voice artists work from a script that has been adapted for the target audience, not just translated into the target language. You choose the voice from samples, we record to your brief, and you get finished audio that represents the brand the way you intended.
Yes. We share a shortlist based on your brief and you choose the voice before recording starts. If you have a reference, send it and we will match it.
We need voiceover and subtitles for the same video. Can you handle both?
Yes. Both are translated from the same approved script, so the voiceover and the subtitles say the same thing. One project, one translation, two outputs.
Our video is already edited. Can the voiceover match the timing?
Yes. We time the translated script to your edit before the voice artist records. The audio fits the video without cutting content.
We have 30 eLearning modules that need voiceover in four languages. Can you scale?
Yes. We handle high-volume eLearning voiceover projects with consistent terminology across every module and every language.

L&D, HR and training teams
eLearning modules, onboarding programmes, health and safety videos and compliance training all need to land clearly in every language your workforce speaks. For high-volume programmes, AI voices with a reviewed script keep costs proportionate and turnaround fast. For content where engagement and trust matter, a human voice makes the difference. We help you decide which approach fits each module, so your budget works as well as your training does.
A corporate film or brand video represents your organisation to clients, investors and partners. The voiceover carries your tone of voice into the target market. Human voice artists, working from a script adapted for the audience, keep the video doing what it was made to do.
Training content needs to be understood first time, in every language. For high-volume programmes, AI voiceover with a reviewed script keeps costs down and turnaround fast. For modules where engagement matters, professional voice artists bring the content to life. Terminology stays consistent because the glossary is built once and applied everywhere.

Marketing and promo video
A product launch, campaign film or promotional video needs to sell as well as inform. The voiceover carries the commercial intent of the original, not just the meaning. This is where voiceover meets transcreation: the script may need adapting for the target audience, not just translating.

Trade show and event video
Explainer and demo videos
Safety and compliance video
Safety content needs to be clear and precise in every language. Every term is agreed before recording, and every script is reviewed by a linguist with the relevant subject background. Your workforce hears what they need to hear, in a voice and register they trust.

We transcribe the audio from your video and create a clean, timed source script. That script is translated by a linguist with the right subject background, timed to your edit and sent back for your approval before anyone records. Once approved, we share voice samples, you choose the artist, and we record, edit and deliver finished audio files in your preferred format. One project from script to delivery.
When should I use AI voiceover and when should I use a human voice?
Most listeners can tell when a voice is synthetic, and the same AI voices appear across so many platforms that they are becoming background noise. For internal, operational content where the priority is clarity and speed, AI voiceover can work well. For anything where your audience's trust, attention or perception of your brand matters, a human voice is the right choice. Even on eLearning content, an AI voice that sounds flat or overly familiar can alienate learners rather than engage them. The test is simple: if the voice creates the wrong impression or makes your audience tune out, it is the wrong voice. Tell us where the video will be published and who will watch it and we will recommend the right approach.
What is the difference between voiceover, dubbing and lip-sync?
Voiceover lays a new audio track over the original video, usually with the original audio reduced or removed. It is the standard approach for corporate, training and marketing video. Dubbing replaces the original dialogue entirely, matching the timing and tone of the original performance: if you have ever watched a foreign drama on Netflix with the audio switched to English, that is dubbing. Lip-sync goes further, matching the translated audio precisely to the speaker's mouth movements on screen, the way major film studios handle theatrical releases. For most business video, voiceover is the right fit. We can advise on which approach suits your content.
Do you translate the script as well as record the voiceover?
Yes. We manage both as a single project. The script is translated, reviewed, timed and approved before the voice artist sees it. Terminology is agreed, pronunciation is confirmed and timing is built in, so the recording reflects what you approved. If you already have a translated script, we can review it before recording rather than starting from scratch.
Can you match the voiceover to the timing of an existing video edit?
Yes. Translated text is almost always a different length from the original. We time the script to your edit before recording, adjusting phrasing where needed so the voiceover fits the video without rushing, cutting content or leaving dead air. If any sections cannot comfortably fit the available time, we flag them and agree a solution before the voice artist records.
We already have subtitles on the video. Should we add voiceover as well?
It depends on the audience and the context. Subtitles are cost-effective and work well when viewers are comfortable reading on screen. Voiceover is better for content where the viewer needs to focus on the visuals (training, product demos, safety) or where you want the content to feel locally produced. For some projects, both make sense: subtitles for accessibility and voiceover for the primary audio. We can advise on the right combination for your content and your budget.
Tell us what you are working on, the languages you need and where the video will be used. We will talk you through the options. It is a practical conversation, not a sales pitch.
